Griffin Funding will leverage on over 75 years of bank lending experience to provide the right loan to a borrower. Outside experts such as appraisers, engineers, project managers and environmentalists will be used to complete the lending team. As part of Griffin's Lending process, all properties taken as collateral will be appraised and depending upon each individual loan, we may deploy our experts in the lending/building process.
